New Artifact of the Month!
June 30, 2006 · Leave a Comment
Come visit the OHAM&RC Website to view the latest Artifact of the Month! This amazing framed painting The First Ovariotomy was painted by the artist George Kasson Knapp. After you read the information written by Tom Hunter, Assistant Director / Curator of Collections, you’ll see just how amazing this is!

And in case you missed it, the first Artifact of the Month is the Frederick Douglass Daguerreotype and Autograph. This daguerreotype is the earliest known one to exist of Frederick Douglass. You’ll want to read about these interesting artifacts!

I also can’t wait to buy copies of Dennis Connors’ latest book Crossroads in Time for myself and my parents. Be sure to call OHAM&RC today to pre-order copies for yourself and the special people in your life! And remember, if you’re a member of OHAM&RC, you receive a 10% discount!
There are now only two days left to register your children (9-12) for OHAM&RC Summer Camp! Call 428-1864 ext. 313 today!
